Laura recently completed her master’s thesis, which was focussed on understanding how climate and tectonics affect river morphology in the Himalayas and Tibetan Plateau.

In the GNG programme, Laura is undertaking her PhD and will be studying the textures and mineral compositions of plutonic rocks within the Taupo Volcanic Zone to aid understanding of the types of fluids deep within the geothermal system.
